Diversity Recruitment Options

Contingency Basis:
Fees are paid to The Pascall Company only if a presented candidate is hired by the Client Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

Retained Search Basis:
A portion of the retainer fee is paid to The Pascall Company at the start of the assignment. Once a presented candidate is hired by the Client Company, the remaining fee is due.
